Partner Support Representative

SmartBiz is the leading online marketplace for SBA loans, and we are looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our team.

As a Partner Success Manager, you will be an integral part of our growing Partnerships team. You will support and engage SmartBiz’s most valuable partner relationships and largest source of referrals. Regular interactions with these partners encourage the development of long-lasting relationships that ultimately win the repeat business that drives the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Support: Quickly and accurately respond to inbound phone and email requests from new and existing partners
  • Partner Growth: Create and maintain partner relations that increase the number of applications from our Partner Channels.
  • Onboard and Educate: Successfully onboard new partners and lead regular trainings that explain the various benefits of obtaining funding through SmartBiz
  • Collaborate: Manage communication between partners and SmartBiz’s Lending Operations team
  • Triage new issues, projects and processes as they arise and as the SmartBiz marketplace and application evolves.
  • Live our culture of support, fun, humor and excitement

 

Desired Experience:

  • 2 years Sales experience with an ability to develop a rapport quickly on the phone
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well, independently and within a team
  • Experience reviewing credit and financial documents or a related degree
  • Great organizational skills and experience creating your own processes to manage your tasks
  • Ability to explain basic financial terms in clear language while maintaining professionalism and organization
  • A strong desire to innovate, collaborate and have fun and win!
